**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Job Title**

Patient Tele counselor

**Reporting To**

Project Manager
Position Responsibility summary:

- Receive\Make calls to patients as per the Patient support program (PAP)
- Responsible for attending inbound/outbound calls.
- Patient Lead enrollment.
- Coordination with patient, Field counselor, Distributor for different touch point.
- Should have knowledge of Excel.
- Overall coordination with all stake holders throughout patient continues treatment.
- Patient Registration Management. From data entry to generating and issuing the enrolment ID (UID).
- Patient follow-up as per program needs.
- Proper documentation of program and patient files and documents in a safe and lock cupboard.
- Ensure prudent and effective utilization of communication tools.
- Effective channelization of Incoming mails.
- Manage day-today reporting on the Program.
- Client coordination if required.
- Adverse Event (AE) reporting within TAT.

**Qualification: Any Graduate**

**Skills**:

- Good communication in English, Hindi (Multilingual preferred)
- Experience minimum 1yr to 3yr
- Must be graduate, preferably science or pharma
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Working experience in Hospital/Healthcare / Insurance sector would be added advantage
