- **Facilitating Communication**: Effective communication between patients and medical professionals is crucial for ensuring optimal care. You'll act as a liaison, facilitating communication between patients and their healthcare providers, ensuring that patients understand their diagnoses, treatment options, and follow-up care instructions.
- **Managing Expectations**: Managing patient expectations is essential, particularly regarding outcomes and recovery processes. While it's important to offer hope and optimism, it's equally crucial to provide realistic expectations to prevent disappointment or confusion.
