JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Follow up with drivers for on-time pickup and delivery.
- Resolving driver issues related to and maintaining coordination with them.
- Diligently keeping an eye on check-in-out times of the drivers and charging waiting to the customers.
- Maintaining a proper record of work done by the drivers and trucks for each specific territory.
- Dispatching and planning of Ad-hoc loads.
- Cover up additional trailer pool on respective facilities as and when required.
- Handling the shift report to the supervisor before leaving.
- Booking orders with customers and updating them on the status of shipments.
- Maintaining current knowledge of market trends in the transportation marketplace.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- High school diploma.
- 2+ years of work experience in a similar role. For freshers, good communication skills are mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Advanced computer knowledge.
- Hardworking & willing to learn and adapt.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
