Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate dispatch operations and track service delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor schedules and update dispatch logs in real-time
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding service status
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Graduate or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Prior experience in customer service or dispatch operations is a plus
- Willingness to work in
rotational shifts

- Residing in Mohali or anywhere in Punjab
- Available to work in rotational and night shifts
