About the Role

We are seeking dynamic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Dispatchers, Customer Service Representatives (CSR). This role involves managing customer interactions, coordinating dispatch operations, and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate dispatch operations and track service delivery

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Monitor schedules and update dispatch logs in real-time

Provide timely updates to customers regarding service status

Requirements

Minimum qualification: Graduate or equivalent

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Basic computer proficiency

Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Prior experience in customer service or dispatch operations is a plus

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts

Eligibility Criteria

Residing in Mohali or anywhere in Punjab

Available to work in rotational and night shifts
