The Dispatcher & Tracing Coordinator is responsible for scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring freight operations while ensuring efficient communication between drivers, customers, and carriers. This role focuses on both assigning loads and tracing shipments to guarantee on-time performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, assign, and dispatch drivers for pick-ups and deliveries.
  • Trace shipments in real time and provide status updates to customers.
  • Communicate with drivers to monitor routes, delays, and delivery schedules.
  • Resolve transportation issues such as breakdowns, late arrivals, or re-routing.
  • Maintain accurate records of loads, trips, and driver activities.
  • Ensure compliance with transportation laws, safety standards, and company policies

Qualifications

  • Experience in dispatching, tracing, or transportation coordination (preferred).
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of transportation/logistics software and GPS tracking systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems quickly.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of computer operating with 3 screen at time.
  • Work with energetic and Communication skills with customers, drivers, carriers
  • Work with multi tasking at the same time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹45,000.00 per month
