**The Big Picture**:
The **Market Research Intern** will be assisting in gathering and analyzing data to support our marketing and business strategies. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and analytical individual eager to gain hands-on experience in market research, competitive analysis, and industry trends.

**What you can expect as a Market Research Intern at Illumine-i**:

- You'll collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to build and maintain research databases.
- You'll verify and validate data accuracy to ensure reliability for business decision-making.
- You'll assist in identifying and segmenting target audiences based on research insights.
- You'll support in extracting and analyzing datasets to generate meaningful reports.
- You'll conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer databases.
- You'll assist in developing and maintaining data dashboards for tracking key metrics.
- You'll collaborate with marketing and business development teams to enhance data-driven strategies.

**Essential Qualifications include**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a postgraduate in Engineering, Business, or a related
- field.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and creating dashboards.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to organize and manage data effectively.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a dynamic work environment.

**Great to have**:

- Creative skills for designing effective presentations and visuals.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience or knowledge of process optimization techniques.
