**Role & Responsibilities**
- Identify and generate leads from authors, PhD scholars, researchers, and academicians.
- Convert potential leads into clients by effectively communicating our publishing and writing services.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to expand outreach.
- Conduct online and offline marketing initiatives, including visits to universities and publishing houses in Chennai if required.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing and sales in the publishing, writing, or academic content industry.
- Strong understanding of book publishing, research writing, and academic services.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to visit universities, publishing houses, and research institutions in Chennai if necessary.
