**Role: Floor In charge**

Responsible for the category of products given.

To analyse the stock movement, refill on time.

Responsible for visual display of the products with Visual Merchandiser support

To motivate the section employees to sell the category products.

**Key Deliverables**
- To analyse the sales of the category products
- To monitor the stock movement and stock maintance
- Discuss with employees and customer to understand their requirements
- Analyse the market to find out the current trend and customer tastes
- Developing the month plan for the products based on last year, trend, season
- Discussing with sales employees, managers, purchase manager and management about the Product movement and the plan to sell
- Regularly training employees on the product's feature, benefits
- Periodically visual displaying the products to get the customer attention
- Assessing the performance of sales employee in the given section
- Analysing the movement of stocks and taking action accordingly
- Maintaining optimum stocks and avoiding excess stocks and product shortages
- Planning to sell off the slow moving items
- Periodically conduct demo of products
- Reporting to Sales Manager, weekly 2 meetings with Purchase Heads, weekly one meeting with MD sir
