**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Coordinates with engineers, operations manager, and plant manager to develop, and enforce procedures for: change control, upgrades, and changes to production.
- Leads project development and planning, including major projects on the shop floor.
- Set-up and resolves problems efficiently and effectively for machine operators.
- Develops and implements work schedules to maximize productivity and efficiency while ensuring project deadlines are met in a timely fashion.
- Works directly with design engineers to review and implement changes to final design in order to improve manufacturability.
- Works with outside vendors and tool reps to find the most economical and productive solution for a given project.
- Designs fixtures and processes to accurately and efficiently machine a wide variety of parts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
