The Floor Incharge is responsible for supervising daily operations on the floor, ensuring smooth workflow, staff management, customer satisfaction, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and manage all activities on the floor.
- Supervise, guide, and motivate floor staff to meet performance targets.
- Ensure proper arrangement and display of products (for retail) or materials (for production).
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Conduct daily inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with inventory, billing, and other departments as needed.
- Train new floor staff and provide continuous coaching to improve performance.
- Prepare shift schedules and manage attendance.
- Report daily activities, incidents, and requirements to the manager.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory or similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Customer-service-oriented (if applicable).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.

Preferred Background:
For retail: Experience in store operations or visual merchandising.

For amusement park: Experience in guest service and ride operation coordination.

For manufacturing: Knowledge of production processes and machinery handling.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
