Customer Support Representative

We are looking for a smart and confident Client Relations Executive to be the first point of contact for all potential customers. You will be responsible for handling incoming calls, addressing queries, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience. Your communication skills and overall presence will directly influence how people perceive the brand.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage all incoming customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries
- Clearly explain product/service details, pricing, and offerings
- Maintain a record of inquiries, follow-ups, and potential leads
- Coordinate with internal team for escalations or appointments
- Maintain a helpful and professional tone in all conversations
- Be proactive and organized in handling day-to-day queries
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in Tamil and English is mandatory (spoken and understanding)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and patient with good phone etiquette
- Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally
- Organized with good follow-up habits
- Minimum education: 12th pass or graduate in any field
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹8,625.04 - ₹29,552.47 per month
