**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Lead Generation**:

- Actively engage with potential clients to sell residential and commercial properties.
- Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and site visits.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful sales.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Understand client requirements and present appropriate property solutions.
- Provide in-depth information about properties, including pricing, features, and location benefits.
- Conduct property tours and site visits with potential buyers.
- **Sales Targets & Reporting**:

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and market feedback.
- Report sales performance to management on a regular basis.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide post-sale customer support and ensure a smooth transition from sale to property handover.
- **Market Knowledge**:

- Stay updated with real estate market trends, competitive properties, and pricing structures.
- Provide insights and suggestions to management based on market feedback.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, with a preference for real estate experience.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive.
- Ability to build strong client relationships and maintain a positive attitude.
