
Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- **Installation Assistance**: Assist clients with installation guidance, ensuring proper setup and functionality of CCTV cameras and associated equipment.
- **Customer Training**: Conduct training sessions for clients on using CCTV systems, including features, software, and maintenance practices.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and installation teams to ensure a seamless experience for customers and address any technical concerns that arise.
- **Feedback Loop**: Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the product development team to help improve products and services.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or a related field, preferably in security or electronics.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems, networking, and related technologies is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
**Skills**:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of networking software.
- Customer-focused attitude with a desire to help others.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
