Job Title: Field Executive

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
- Identify new sales opportunities and convert them into revenue-generating deals
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and goals
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to customers
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales or a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (if required)
