Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Vapi. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for visiting potential clients, presenting Contablue products, and closing sales to meet targets. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and staying updated on the latest market trends. Additionally, the individual will handle inquiries, provide product demonstrations, and gather market intelligence to enhance sales efforts. Qualifications - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively present products and engage with clients. - Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and meet or exceed targets. - Customer relationship management and client retention skills. - Knowledge of sales processes, market analysis, and goal-oriented strategies. - Problem-solving abilities, time management, and organizational skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; familiarity with sales reporting tools is a plus. - Passion for learning and adaptability to a dynamic sales environment. - Experience in the footwear or safety equipment industry is advantageous but not required. - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.
