**Customer Query Management**:

- **Responsibility**: Update customer queries in the sheet on a daily basis.
- **Details**: Ensure all customer queries are logged, categorized, and tracked promptly. Follow up with relevant departments to resolve issues.

2. **Graphics Designer Workflow & Reports**:

- **Responsibility**: Track the workflow of the graphics designer and generate reports.
- **Details**: Ensure timely updates on the progress of design tasks, monitor performance, and report the status regularly.

3. **Master Article EAN Creation**:

- **Responsibility**: Check and update the master Article EAN creation sheet daily.
- **Details**: Verify the accuracy and completeness of the EAN creation process, ensuring all products have their respective codes updated and recorded.

4. **Upcoming Product Movement Monitoring**:

- **Responsibility**: Monitor the movement of upcoming products and track the needs.
- **Details**: Ensure that new products are moving smoothly in the production or distribution stages, keeping track of inventory levels and market demand.

5. **BD of LFR's (Large Format Retailers)**:

- **Responsibility**: Handle the Business Development for LFR’s.
- **Details**: Manage relationships with LFRs, ensure product availability, and track sales and distribution to large retailers.

6. **Master Drive for URBAN/INBAS/ARROW**:

- **Responsibility**: Handle the master drive for the URBAN/INBAS/ARROW product lines.
- **Details**: Ensure that product files, documents, and updates related to these product lines are well-maintained and easily accessible for the team.

8. **End-of-Day (EOD) Reporting**:

- **Responsibility**: Share the daily work report at the end of the day.
- **Details**: Summarize the day's tasks, progress, issues, and next steps in a report to share with the team or management.

9. **Packaging Correction Updates**:

- **Responsibility**: Update the packaging correction sheet.
- **Details**: Track and update any changes or corrections needed in product packaging.

Qualifications:
Any Degree with 1 year of experience in any field

with good communication and follow up skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
