**Process Coordinator**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and streamline internal processes to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain process documentation.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Implement process improvements and track their impact.
- Assist in training employees on new processes and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant degree is a plus.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in process mapping and documentation.
- Previous experience in process coordination is advantageous.
