Customer Service Executive

**Job Summary**
You will join our e-commerce team based in ANAND where we have a Modern Brand new office to manage our various sales channels that sell into the UK and the rest of the world. You will be required to manage customer queries, and manage product listings and pricing. The role also involves searching for business and product development.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner.
- Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department.
- Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention
- Strong verbal, analytical and written communication / presentation skills
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support
- Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of customer service on all of our sales channels
- Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team
**Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications**
Work experience with marketplace channels—specifically eBay and/or Amazon can be an added advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in administration or related field is mandatory
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team.
- Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
Job Type : Full-time
**Salary**: Is no bar for the right talent
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 1pm to 10pm (non-negotiable) and Saturday 9am-4pm
