As a Customer Service Executive at JK Securities Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for delivering

excellent customer service to our clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for client

inquiries, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This

role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of financial

products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:
2. Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding account status, transactions, and

market updates.

3. Assist clients with account opening, documentation, and account maintenance procedures.

4. Resolve client issues and complaints efficiently and effectively, escalating complex issues to the

appropriate departments when necessary.

5. Educate clients on financial products, investment strategies, and market trends.

6. Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, operations, and compliance to ensure seamless

client service delivery.

7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our CRM system.

8. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, market developments, and company policies.

9. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services to clients.

10. Participate in training sessions and professional development activities to enhance job

knowledge and skills.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Previous experience in customer service or client relations, preferably in the financial services

industry.

3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

6. Sound knowledge of financial products, markets, and regulatory requirements.

7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

8. Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions that meet client needs.

9. Professional demeanor with a customer-centric attitude.

10. Relevant certifications such as NISM (National Institute of Securities Markets) certification would

be an advantage.
