**Requirement**:

- Min 1 year currently in QTL / AM role
- Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills (8/10)
- Aptitude skills - reasoning, logical and problem solving approach
- Working Knowledge of QA tools & implementation
- Working knowledge of all other MS Applications

**About Process**:

- Responsible for process Quality performance along with QA team
- Shift - Flexibility in working any shifts & rotational offs as per business requirements
- Able to use automated information systems & research tools and analyze data
- Ability to identify Root Cause of the issue / error; define, implement and document CAPA
- Responsible for conducting calibration with all the stakeholders of business to ensure standards
- Participate in briefings and huddle sessions, QA feedback sessions
- Conduct RTR sessions with the Qas
- Working in close tandem with Ops & Training departments for process excellence
- Reporting overall performance and preparing dashboards daily, weekly & monthly
- Review evaluations, maintain reports & records for audits
- Validate & execute TNI/TNA along with Training team
- One-on-one feedback and coaching to QAs on a regular basis
- Overlook Internal & External certifications & OJT batch clearance
- Execute & manage day-to-day ad-hoc activities

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
