Chennai Location only.Job Description : Must Have :- Sound understanding of the SDLC processes and methodologies including Agile/Kanban/Scrum.- Expertise in Quality Management activities, including audits and assessments.- Experience in implementing process maturity in a product/service environment.- Good Experience in defining and executing metrics, analysis, and reporting.- Good Knowledge and Experience in IT service management operations.- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills along with effective communication.- Trained and Certifications in ITIL/CMMI models/Six Sigma/Lean Process will be an added advantage.Role Summary :- Good experience in software delivery models, SDLC assessments, process maturity implementation and provide early warnings to improve project outcomes.- Define and track software quality metrics, manage deviations, ensure compliance, conduct audits, and oversee QA KPIs to drive continuous performance improvement.- Maintain complaint/non-conformance processing, monitor risk, analyze problem logs, and apply best practices in development, testing, version control, and defect management.- Lead strategic quality planning, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives across the projects/programs.- Drive root cause analysis and facilitate effective corrective and preventative actions.- Collaborate across functions to drive quality excellence and deliver Delivery Assurance/Quality-related training.
