A telecaller is responsible for gathering leads and producing sales by speaking with prospective and current customers over the phone. Their duties include gathering information from the target market, following up with customers to provide new products or services and documenting customer feedback for follow-up actions.

Persuasive, tenacious, and adaptive individuals make for successful telecallers. They are better able to provide a positive first impression when telecallers are proactive and goal-oriented. Additional credentials and skills for a telecaller include

**Salary**: From ₹8,405.42 per month
