**Core Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
- Introduce and explain our products/services to prospects.
- Present product features and benefits clearly.
- Fix meetings.
- Assist in developing and delivering sales proposals and responses to RFP’s for Draft n Craft’s products and services.
- Generate market intelligence on competitors and prospects.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
**Essential Skills, Qualification and Experience**
- Graduate/MBA
- 1-2 years of proven sales success in international B2B sales, business development and client relationship management.
- Previous experience in IP Sales, mandatory.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Independent critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in night shift.
- Willingness to travel to USA.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
