Job Description: Client Strategy Lead — AI & IP Innovation
Purpose
Lead a delivery pod and ensure quality, speed, reliability across all services, while strengthening AI-assisted ways of working and client alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery leadership: Plan/allocate; track FTR/TAT/rework; manage audits and escalations.
Quality & method: Set light sampling/AQL checks; enforce evidence trails; drive corrective actions.
AI enablement: Standardize prompts, agent steps, checklists; monitor guardrail compliance.
Client interface: Scope requirements, align deliverables/SLA; provide clear updates and insight-led recommendations.
Team development: Coach Strategists/Juniors; run playbook reviews; close skills gaps.
Continuous improvement: Raise tool/data issues; prioritize fixes; pilot enhancements.
Must-have
5+ years in patent research with review/mentoring and client communication experience.
Comfort with dashboards/metrics and workflow design.
Educational Qualification:
Graduation/Master’s in
ECE, Biotechnology, or Chemistry .
Tools (examples)
AI & agentic tools as above; team trackers, simple dashboards, review sheets; standard patent databases.

Client Strategy Lead: Craft leadership + day-to-day pod delivery.
Client Strategy Manager: Adds multi-engagement solutioning and basic commercial inputs with Sales/Finance.
Service Scope
Covers Novelty/Patentability, Invalidation/Opposition, Claim Charts/EoU, Drafting Support, and SEP essentiality. AI tools are used with human verification.
