**Job Purpose**

Product Delivery Owner works closely with Product owner or a Digital Delivery lead as part of squad owning end to end ownership of product roadmap deliveries end to end. Platform Delivery Owner supports PO/Delivery lead right from backlog grooming, BRS/FRS, user story creation, UX/UI and finally delivery of feature for Vi App

Vi App Product delivery Owner will work with all functions such as Consumer marketing
- prepaid, post-paid, Enterprise, Care teams for end to end delivery of initiatives.

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Develop and define user stories / items and acceptance criteria from the feature and capability roadmap for Vi App
- Ensure Vi App journeys are best in class with continuous improvement and innovation
- Rank and prioritize items and add them to the team backlog for sprint development, and making them ready for dev for each sprint
- Create final release plan with all deliverables against defined user stories and acceptance criteria and obtain PO/Delivery lead approvals as well as functional lead approvals
- Day to Day manage sprint delivery to avoid any slippages and blockers for effective functioning of squad
- Run daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint retro and /all squad cadences as agreed with squad members
- Understanding of Technical architecture for the platform
- Structured and Ad-hoc data analysis and in sighting to understand customer behavior
- Closely Work with Functions, Digital IT, other digital experts and external agencies to deliver on all initiatives on our digital assets with ownership of end to end delivery
- KPIs: Work towards providing end to end experience to consumer and meeting our aspiration of 100 mln digital monthly active user

- Strong knowledge and understanding on digital lead funnel management, UI/UX and analytics

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**
- MBA essential
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience essential in Online/Digital organization
- Understanding concept of Agile ways of working
