**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Patient Communication:
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of clinic time.
- Greet patients upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
- Clinic Management:
- Organize and maintain patient records and clinic documents, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage inventory of office and medical supplies, placing orders as necessary.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with billing and insurance claims, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Prepare reports and maintain clinic databases.
- Support clinic marketing and outreach efforts by assisting with social media and other communication channels.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in using office software and excel, word.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A friendly and welcoming demeanor, with a passion for providing exceptional patient care.
