**Aspyn and Straubus Inc.** is a forward-thinking construction and infrastructure development company based in Zirakpur, engaged in steel Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEBs), civil construction, architectural designing, and structural engineering services. We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated **Female Administration Officer** to support our operations and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage administrative tasks and ensure efficient office operations
- Support the sales team by managing leads, tracking inquiries, and maintaining client databases
- Conduct regular follow-ups with potential and existing clients
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, site visits, and internal team communication
- Assist in preparing sales documentation, reports, and client presentations
- Maintain organized records and oversee documentation flow
- Travel as required for client meetings, site coordination, or follow-ups within Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, and surrounding regions
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferably in Business Administration or related discipline)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable with fieldwork and traveling as part of the role
- Presentable, confident, and client-focused
