**Job Title: Petrol Pump Administrator**
**Location**:Andheri East, Mumbai
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks at the petrol pump, including but not limited to:
- Handling cash transactions, including sales, refunds, and reconciliations.
- Maintaining accurate records of fuel sales, inventory, and expenses.
- Managing petty cash and ensuring proper documentation.
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Coordinating with suppliers for fuel deliveries and other related supplies.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Supervise and train administrative staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for fuel and other supplies as needed.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the petrol pump premises.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve operational goals and targets.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
- 2-3 year Experience
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- B.Com.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; additional certification in business administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in the retail or fuel industry.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance standards in the fuel industry is desirable.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
**Salary**: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
