Education : MBA / Hotel Management or relevant

Experience : 2-3 years of minimum experience required

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Client Communication:Communicate with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences.

Provide detailed information about available services, packages, and pricing.Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Event Planning:Develop detailed event plans, including timelines, layouts, and logístical arrangements.

Collaborate with clients to create customized event experiences.Coordinate with various departments (catering, audiovisual, decorations, etc.) to ensure all requirements are met.
- Budget Management:Create and manage event budgets, ensuring profitability for the venue.

Negotiate pricing with vendors and suppliers to stay within budgetary constraints.
- Venue Setup and Coordination:Oversee the setup and arrangement of banquet rooms to meet client specifications.

Ensure that all equipment, décor, and facilities are in place and functioning correctly.Manage staff to ensure smooth execution during events.
- Guest Services:Supervise service staff, including servers, bartenders, and event support personnel.

Ensure guests receive exceptional service and promptly address any issues or concerns.
- Event Documentation:Maintain detailed records of event specifications, changes, and client communications.

Generate event contracts, invoices, and post-event reports.
- Problem Solving:Quickly address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during events.

Adapt to last-minute changes or unexpected situations.
- Post-Event Evaluation:Collect feedback from clients and guests to assess event success.

Use feedback to improve future events and services.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in event planning or hospitality management are advantageous.
- Prior experience in event planning, banquet coordination, or a related field is often required or strongly preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
