**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Office Management**: Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, filing, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
- **Documentation**: Manage and update records, databases, and office inventory with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
- **Coordination**: Plan and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.
- **Multitasking**: Handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- **Support**: Assist departments with administrative needs, including preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
- **Problem-Solving**: Identify and address operational inefficiencies, ensuring a seamless workflow.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
