Front Desk Administrative Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with conference room bookings.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and document management.
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Support HR and Admin teams with onboarding new employees (ID cards, desk allocation, etc.).
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
- Ensure compliance with office safety and security protocols.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk assistant, or similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
**Working Hours**:
9:30 am - 6:00 pm
**Working days**:
Monday to Saturday
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
