**Reports To**: Admin Manager / HR Department

**Job Summary**:
The Office Boy is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting with administrative tasks, and supporting the office staff with day-to-day operations. This role ensures smooth functioning of office logistics and supports a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain cleanliness of the office, including workstations, pantry, meeting rooms, and restrooms.
- Serve tea/coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Handle basic office errands such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and delivering documents.
- Assist in receiving and dispatching couriers/packages.
- Ensure the availability of office supplies (e.g., tea, coffee, paper, stationery) and inform admin for replenishment.
- Help in setting up meeting rooms for internal/external meetings.
- Support office staff in minor administrative and logístical tasks.
- Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout the office.
- Assist in opening/closing office premises when required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 10th Pass or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of office etiquette and cleanliness.
- Punctual, reliable, and well-mannered.
- Ability to multitask and follow instructions.
- Physically fit to carry out tasks such as lifting light loads or moving documents.

**Work Schedule**:
Monday to Friday, 5:30 PM - 3:00 AM
