**Job Title**: Desktop Support Technician

**Location**: Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh
**Experience**: Minimum 1 Year
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide desktop and laptop support for users (hardware and software).
- Manage installation and maintenance of CCTV systems and network cameras.
- Perform routine system checks, updates, and preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate with IT team for network and peripheral device support.
- Maintain records of installations, maintenance, and service requests.

**Desired Skills**:

- Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking.
- Experience with CCTV setup and DVR/NVR configuration.
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle field assignments.

**Qualification**:

- Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, N+, or equivalent) are an added advantage.

**Salary**: INR 15,000 to 18,000 per month

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
