The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Windows desktop engineering and be well-versed in Desktop Experience (DEX) tools.The role involves investigating systemic issues affecting end user experience, implementing solutions to increase productivity, and working with business partners to understand needs and pain points impacting productivity.Key responsibilities include:Troubleshooting: Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve desktop-related issues efficiently.Desktop Expertise: Utilizing deep understanding of Windows OS internals, working knowledge of OS-level troubleshooting tools, and experience utilizing a Unified Endpoint Management tool for managing domain and Entra Windows devices.Automation: Developing and implementing automation scripts to streamline desktop management tasks.Collaboration: Working closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and support of desktop systems.User Support: Providing expert-level support to end-users, addressing their technical concerns and training them on best practices.Mandatory skills include:Experience: 7-10 years in Windows desktop engineering or a related field.Technical Skills: Strong background in Windows OS internals, working knowledge of OS-level troubleshooting tools, and experience utilizing a Unified Endpoint Management tool for managing domain and Entra Windows devices.DEX Knowledge: Proficient in Desktop Experience (DEX) tools to measure endpoint performance, correlate issues with changes, and user experience optimization.Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and resolution.Automation: Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.Required qualifications include being in a L2 or L3 role currently and having a strong background in Desktop Experience (DEX) tools.This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to take their career to the next level and contribute to a dynamic team.Apply now and take the first step towards a rewarding career
