**Responsibilities**:
**1.Strategy Development**:

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business goals and target audiences.
- Develop and implement creative social media strategies to achieve client objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually refine strategies.

**2.Content Creation**:

- Create compelling and engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not

limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Produce high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content that aligns with client branding and

messaging.

**3.Community Engagement**:

- Monitor social media channels for relevant conversations, comments, and mentions.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster positive interactions to build brand

loyalty.
- Implement strategies to encourage user-generated content and increase audience participation.

**4.Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Prepare regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
- Use data insights to optimize strategies and make data-driven recommendations for

improvement.

**5.Internal Communication**:

- Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure alignment and effective

execution of social media strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in mass communications.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Passion for staying updated on digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
