Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
- Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
- Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
- Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.
- Maintaining an accurate record of construction Labour attendance and Labour Management.
- Prepare Daily Progress report and Keep record of daily activities,Material Consumption,Machinary working Log.
- Prepare Daily work measurment report and send it to HO
- Day to day purchase of urgent material requirements.
- Evaluating the performance of construction labours and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
- Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

**Experience**:

- site supervision: 3 years (preferred)
