**Some of the key responsibilities of a site supervisor may include**:
Supervising and managing site staff, including contractors, subcontractors, and laborers.

Scheduling and coordinating work activities to ensure that all tasks are completed on time.

Overseeing quality control procedures to ensure that all work is completed to the required standard.

Ensuring that safety regulations and protocols are adhered to by all personnel on site.

Maintaining accurate records and documentation of work activities, including progress reports, safety inspections, and personnel records.

Monitoring and managing project budgets to ensure that all costs are kept within the allotted budget.

Coordinating with project managers and other stakeholders to provide regular updates on project progress and timelines.

Troubleshooting and problem-solving as issues arise during the course of the project.

Conducting regular inspections of the work site to identify and address any potential safety hazards or other issues.

The ideal site supervisor should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. They should also have a thorough understanding of construction and safety regulations, as well as experience managing teams and overseeing large-scale projects.

**Salary**: ₹10,288.94 - ₹27,416.57 per month
