**Job Title: Site Supervisor (Real Estate)**

**Job Summary**:
A Site Supervisor has to play a pivotal role in our real estate company by ensuring the successful execution and completion of construction and development projects. The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of the construction process, including managing construction crews, adhering to project timelines, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Plan, schedule, and coordinate all construction activities on the site.

Ensure that the project adheres to the approved plans, specifications, and quality standards.

Monitor project progress and take necessary actions to meet deadlines.

Supervise and lead construction workers, subcontractors, and other site personnel.

Assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure that work is performed efficiently and safely.

Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce safety protocols to minimize on-site accidents.

Address any deviations or quality concerns, and collaborate with the project manager to resolve issues.

Maintain detailed records and documentation of construction activities.

Manage and allocate construction resources, such as equipment, materials, and manpower.

Ensure proper inventory control and timely procurement of necessary materials.

Act as a liaison between the project manager, clients, and subcontractors.

Provide regular updates on project status, including progress, issues, and solutions.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and report any budget discrepancies to the project manager.

Comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards at all times.

Address and resolve any on-site issues promptly and effectively.

Propose innovative solutions to improve construction processes and efficiency.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline/Diploma holder in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience in a site supervisory role within the real estate or construction industry.

Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.

Strong leadership and communication skills with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Understanding of safety regulations and construction standards.

**Location : New Shahibaug, Ahmedabad**

**Salary**: ₹10,784.01 - ₹29,609.92 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
