**Role Overview**:

- Engage directly with clients to **collect monthly retainers**:

- Handle **lead-based client acquisition**:

- Collaborate with **senior advocates** for quick settlements and effective support
- **Negotiate with banks and recovery agents** to achieve favorable outcomes for clients

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum **5 months of experience** in **BFSI, Insurance, Travel, or EdTech** inside sales
- Excellent **negotiation, persuasion, and communication** skills
- Must **reside in the respective job city**:

- **Age 25 or below**, **unmarried**, and **no career gap**:

- **Laptop required** (rental option available)

**Education & Background**:

- Graduate/Undergraduate with strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in **direct client interaction** or **financial negotiations** is **strongly preferred**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
