Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Delhi, India. The Sales Associate will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, presenting financial products and services, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include customer consultations, preparing financial plans, processing loan applications, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also entails collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales, client management, or customer service
- Strong understanding of financial products and services
- Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored financial solutions
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Capability to work independently and in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in the financial services industry is a plus
