We are looking for an ambitious Sales Associate to join our team As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating new business through outbound calls and social media referrals.

Sales Associate will be actively responsible in assisting the organizations and maintaining relationships with the end-users and community through providing compelling and tailored solutions that would drive the sales.

Your duties and responsibilities:

- Developing and maintaining relationship with end-users to achieve goals
- Reaching out to and qualifying leads through outbound calls and social media
- Analysing the Sales Data and making packages and products to sell to the customers
- Looking at qualifying leads and showing salesmanship to enhance margins.
- Achieving and Exceeding Monthly Sales Targets
- Providing the prompt responses to all customers
- Promoting the Coworking Plans, Business Value Added Services, Bespoke Offerings.

Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
- Experience of Commercial Real Estate Sales
- Experience with CRM Software
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Ability to Deliver Results
- A go-getter attitude driving sales for the organisation.
- Strong Time Management and Organizational Skills
- Ability to identify opportunities for sales.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
