Manage the end-to-end process of Kindergarten admissions, from initial inquiry to final enrollment.

Collect and review necessary documentation, ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate.

Coordinate with the admissions team and other departments to ensure a smooth transition for newly enrolled Kindergarten students.

Follow-up and Conversion:
Track and follow up with potential applicants who have shown interest in the Kindergarten program but have not yet completed the enrollment process.

Utilize CRM systems to track progress and manage communication with leads effectively.

Provide persuasive and personalized communication to convert prospects into confirmed enrollments.

Reporting and Performance Tracking:
Set and track personal and team-based enrollment targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to ensure the Kindergarten program meets enrollment goals.

Regularly report on admissions progress, lead generation, and conversion rates to the admissions leadership team.

Analyze feedback and trends to identify opportunities for improving outreach and recruitment efforts.

Community Engagement and Brand Promotion:
Represent the school at local community events, parenting workshops, and educational expos to promote the Kindergarten program and create brand awareness.

Build relationships with local parents, educational institutions, and community influencers to position Doon Public School as a top choice for Kindergarten education.

Ensure that all promotional materials (brochures, website content, etc.) accurately reflect the school’s values, strengths, and educational offerings for young children.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and driving results.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Ability to engage and build rapport with parents, caregivers, and community partners.

Comfort with using digital tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms for outreach and lead management.

A passion for early childhood education and a deep understanding of the unique needs of young learners.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
