**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, educational consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Organize and participate in education fairs, seminars, and community outreach programs.
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to promote college activities.
- Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for events and outreach activities.
