**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a qualified and dedicated **Nursing Tutor** to join our academic team. The Nursing Tutor will be responsible for teaching, guiding, and mentoring nursing students in both theoretical and clinical settings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct classroom lectures and practical demonstrations.
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials according to curriculum standards.
- Supervise students during clinical training in hospitals or healthcare facilities.
- Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and clinical evaluations.
- Provide academic counseling and support to students.
- Stay updated with advancements in the nursing field and integrate them into teaching.
- Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and continuing education programs.

**Requirements**:

- Registered Nurse with State Nursing Council Registration.
- Strong teaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for mentoring and developing future nursing professionals.
