**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assess students' learning needs and develop customized lesson plans to address their strengths and weaknesses
- Clarify difficult concepts and reinforce understanding through guided practice and interactive learning activities
- Assist students with exam preparation, including reviewing course materials, practicing NCLEX-style questions, and developing test-taking strategies
- Offer guidance and advice on study skills, time management, and effective learning strategies
- Monitor students' progress and provide ongoing feedback to promote improvement and mastery of content
- Collaborate with other tutors and academic support staff to develop resources and workshops for nursing students
- Stay current with trends and best practices in nursing education and incorporate innovative teaching methods into tutoring sessions

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in nursing required; master's degree preferred
- Active nursing license in [Your State/Country]
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of nursing theory and practice across various specialties
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, empathetic, and supportive demeanor
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their academic goals
- Proficiency with technology and online learning platforms
