**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional **Receptionist / Counselor** to be the first point of contact for our college. This role will involve welcoming visitors, answering inquiries, supporting the admissions process, and counseling prospective students about our courses and opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
- Provide information about admission procedures, courses, and college facilities.
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding available programs.
- Maintain student records and assist with the admission documentation process.
- Coordinate with the admissions and administrative teams.
- Manage front desk activities, including scheduling appointments and maintaining visitor logs.
- Perform general administrative duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
- Previous experience as a receptionist or counselor in an educational institution is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
