**Experience:

- **3+ years of experience as a counselor.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of counseling models, methods, and resources. - Ability to identify and address students' needs. - Exceptional listening and problem-solving skills. - Be patient and empathetic. - High integrity.

As a college counselor, you will be responsible for administering exams to evaluate students' skills, supporting them with career planning, and ensuring that kids have all of the tools they need to become productive and well-adjusted adults. To succeed as a school counselor, you must be empathetic, patient, and adaptive.

**Key responsibilities.**
- Listening to students' problems about social, academic, or personal circumstances. - Supporting and guiding pupils in problem-solving. - Facilitating and enhancing relationships among students, parents, and teachers. - Counseling individuals and groups as needed. - Conducting assessments to identify student strengths, weaknesses, interests, and abilities. - Helping pupils grow and improve their skills. - Helping students set career goals. - Referring students to further support services and mental health specialists as necessary.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
