Chief of Staff

Join a dynamic and fast-paced startup in the luxury space, founded by a seasoned venture capitalist with over a decade of experience in scaling startups in consumer technology. We are building a high-potential business at the intersection of innovation, luxury, and global markets.

We are looking for a driven and versatile **Chief of Staff** to partner with the founder in launching, scaling, and managing the startup. This is an opportunity to work on building a brand from the ground up while driving key strategic and operational initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Global Supply Chain Management**:

- Oversee and manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including sourcing, production, logistics, and quality assurance.
- Establish partnerships with manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors globally.
- **Production & Manufacturing Oversight**:

- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timelines, cost efficiency, and high-quality standards.
- Develop processes to streamline production and scale operations effectively.
- **Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy**:

- Collaborate with the founder to design and execute a GTM strategy that positions the brand as a leader in the luxury market.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis to identify entry points and opportunities.
- **Product-Market Fit (PMF) Development**:

- Lead consumer research to refine product offerings and align them with market demand.
- Experiment with early-stage product iterations to achieve strong PMF.
- **Consumer Insights & Research**:

- Drive qualitative and quantitative research to understand customer behavior, needs, and preferences in the luxury space.
- Translate insights into actionable strategies for product, marketing, and growth.
- **Core Team Hiring**:

- Identify and onboard exceptional talent across key functions, building a high-performing core team.
- Collaborate with the founder to establish a strong team culture and values.
- **Brand & Marketing Strategy**:

- Co-develop the brand identity and positioning in the luxury segment.
- Strategize and execute marketing campaigns to build awareness, drive engagement, and establish a premium presence.
- **Experience**: 4-7 years of experience in the startup ecosystem, preferably in operations, strategy, or growth roles. Exposure to consumer technology or luxury sectors is a plus.
- **Mindset**: Entrepreneurial and hands-on, with a strong ownership mindset and a hunger to build and scale.
- **Skills**:

- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of supply chain, manufacturing, and production processes.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively.
- **Location**: Willingness to be based in Pune and dedicate full-time energy to the role.
