Position: Chief of Staff to CEO (
Electrical Engineering & Infrastructure Technology Company)

Location: Pune

About the Role:

We are hiring a Chief of Staff for the CEO's office of a fast growing Electrical Engineering & Infrastructure Technology Company in Pune. This is a high-impact role directly supporting the CEO in driving business growth, managing project finances, and building strong client relationships. You will play a central role in financial analysis, bid management, inside sales, and customer success, ensuring that strategic initiatives are executed with speed and precision.

This role goes beyond executive assistance - it is about being the CEO's strategic partner and trusted advisor.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis & Business Planning


• Lead financial modelling, business case preparation, and profitability analysis for projects and new business plans.


• Track project finances, margins, and ROI across ongoing initiatives – build intuitive reports/dashboards for review & decision making by the CEO.


• Support/work closely with sales team(s) in bids, proposals, and pricing strategies to drive competitive advantage.

Inside Sales & Growth Enablement


• Work under the guidance of the CEO to review/monitor sales pipeline, including lead qualification, proposal creation, and follow-ups.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deal closures and revenue generation.


• Drive preparation of impactful presentations and customer-facing documents.

Customer & Stakeholder Management


• Act as a bridge between CEO and key customers - ensuring seamless relationship management, regular touchpoints, and timely resolution of issues.


• Support in building long-term partnerships with clients and industry stakeholders.


• Represent the CEO in internal and external meetings when required.

Strategic & Operational Support


• Support the CEO on strategic initiatives, business reviews, and board-level updates.


• Conduct research on market trends, competition, and customer insights to aid decision-making.


• Ensure follow-through and execution of CEO's priorities across teams.

Requirements


• 4–6 years of experience in financial analysis, sales enablement, or consulting.


• Strong understanding of financial modelling, bid management, and client engagement.


• MBA/PGDM from Tier-1 institute.


• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
