- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse pharmaceutical sales datasets and uncover performance trends.
- Track prescription behaviour, market share dynamics, and competitive positioning through territory-wise analytics.
- Build and maintain dashboards and visual reports that help drive salesforce productivity and regional growth.
- Contribute to market intelligence efforts and support business reviews with actionable insights.
- Participate in whiteboard brainstorming sessions to address challenges in sales effectiveness, territory optimization, and product performance.
- Solid grasp of data interpretation and basic statistical thinking.
- Strong command over Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
- Exposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau (basic knowledge or certification a plus).
- Excellent attention to detail and a knack for breaking down ambiguous data into digestible insights.
- High curiosity quotient, with a hunger to learn fast and contribute from day one.
